Property Manager for Commercial Office Buildings

Property Manager wanted to manage commercial office buildings. The candidate must have Bachelors Degree plus 5 years relevant experience managing high end commercial office buildings. Candidate must be able to plan, direct and coordinate management activities of commercial real estate properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of properties.
- Oversee maintenance staff that inspects grounds, facilities, and equipment to determine necessity of repairs or maintenance.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate general maintenance and major repairs for commercial properties.
- Customer Service –Property Manager sets the tone for customer service and must ensure that the tenant’s needs have been met staying within the parameter of the agreement between landlord and tenant.
- Working knowledge of general building systems and maintenance.
- Solicit and analyze bids from contractors for repairs, renovations, and maintenance.
- Oversee, retain and contract all subcontractors and bidding process.
- Must be proficient in all proprietary computer programs and responsible for updating and training of others. These are: Yardi Property Management and Maintenance, Building/Energy Management Systems
- Further develop the profit centers within facility management.
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
- Develop and maintain budgets.
- Be available to respond to emergency calls.
